Das neue Flaggship von Wolfburn ist zu gleichen Anteilen 2nd fill Oloroso Sherry Butts und ex Bourbon Casks verheiratet, nachdem es 12 Jahre im Dunnage Warehouse im hohen Norden Schottlands verbrachte.
Official Tasting Notes:
NOSE – sweet and floral aromas, overlaid with a subtle trace of peat smoke.
PALATE – Hints of honey and burnt sugar mix with soft spices, and throughout there is the ever-present sherry sweetness.
FINISH – traces of dried fruit and caramel remaining until the very end
